The purpose of this questionnaire is to build a database of employees of the Joint Controllers ENPROM Sp. z o.o. and ENPROM Wind Sp. z o.o.

By filling in the questionnaire you declare that you agree to keep your candidacy in our database for the purposes of future recruitment processes.

Completing the questionnaire constitutes consent to the processing of your personal data contained in the questionnaire by the Joint Controllers ENPROM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland, address: ul. Taneczna 18C, 02-829 Warszawa and ENPROM Wind Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland, address: ul. Taneczna 18C, 02-829 Warszawa. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of future recruitment processes for a maximum of 24 months, after which time we will either delete it or ask you for another consent to process your personal data.

In addition you have: the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness od processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; the right to access to the content of your data; the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing your data; the right to data portability; the right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling; the right to object to the processing of your personal data; the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
